DPIIT startup recognition
NAPPILOS LLP states that it holds recognition under Startup India through the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). This is recognition of the business; it is not government approval of individual products or orders.
A distinct KwikNap brand
The KwikNap name, logo and visual identity are business brand assets. Use of the brand by a partner or publisher requires permission. Trademark filing or registration status should be checked against official records before making a specific claim.

What Startup India and DPIIT recognition means
DPIIT recognition identifies an eligible startup under the government’s recognition framework. It says something about the entity and its eligibility under that program. It does not certify that every product, seller, advertisement, delivery promise or customer outcome has been inspected or endorsed by the government.
For a particular purchase, review the product description, manufacturer information, price and delivery details presented at checkout. For formal verification of a recognition certificate, use the official Startup India verification route or ask the business for its certificate details.

KwikNap's original work
Original software, written content, photography, illustrations and design created for KwikNap may be protected by copyright. Some material is licensed or supplied by partners. Copyright concerns a specific original work; it should not be used to claim ownership of a general idea, product category or another business's content.
Do not reproduce site text, artwork or code for commercial use without the relevant owner's permission. A request to quote, license or reuse material can be sent through support.
Partner brands stay with their owners
Product names, logos, pack shots and trademarks shown for partner products belong to the relevant brand owners or authorised rights holders. Listing a product on KwikNap does not transfer those rights to KwikNap or grant a visitor permission to use them elsewhere.
If you own a brand and notice an incorrect product claim, image or unauthorised use, please include the page link, the brand or product name and the issue when contacting us.
Report impersonation or misuse
If a page, seller, message or account appears to misuse the KwikNap name or a partner's brand, send the link or screenshot and a short description to support. Do not share passwords, payment PINs or one-time codes with anyone claiming to resolve an IP or order issue.

Common questions
Is DPIIT recognition a product safety certificate?
No. It is recognition of the startup entity. Product suitability and any category-specific compliance must be considered separately.
Is every logo on KwikNap owned by NAPPILOS LLP?
No. The KwikNap identity is a platform brand; third-party product marks remain with their respective owners or authorised users.
