Checking your delivery area
A pincode search can indicate whether a KwikNap hub may serve an area. It does not promise delivery to every address or availability of every item. Enter the complete delivery address at checkout to see the options for your particular basket.
Before you place an order
Review the address, items, total price, any delivery charge and the available estimate in checkout. Charges should be visible before payment or cash-on-delivery submission. An estimate can change with stock, weather, traffic, access or operational conditions.
After confirmation
The order area shows the latest recorded status. Keep a working contact number in case the delivery team needs help finding the address. You or an authorised recipient may need to be available to receive and check the package.
If an item is wrong, missing, damaged or materially late, keep the order reference and contact support. A failed delivery's next step depends on the order and payment status and should be explained after review.
Care and urgent needs
Follow product storage and usage instructions. Report broken seals or suspected tampering before using a product. KwikNap is not an emergency or urgent medical service. The final delivery policy must specify approved service areas, fees, timelines and escalation rules.
Common questions
Does a positive pincode check guarantee delivery?
No. It only indicates possible coverage. Checkout checks the exact order and address.
Where can I see a delivery charge?
Check the order summary before placing the order.
