2. Review operational readiness
A suitable site may need secure and clean storage, stock counting, packing space, suitable product handling, reliable contact and access for handoff. Requirements depend on the products and local demand.
3. Discuss the operating model
The team may review coverage, capacity, documentation and responsibilities. Any agreement on fees, equipment, service levels or investment must be documented separately before work starts.
